What to have with/on Vegetables

What do you like with vegetables? I like salad with honey mustard dressing, pumpkin kernels seeds and strawberries. I also like broccoli with cheese.

Honey, mustard and balsamic vinegar is lovely on salad.

Potatoes, allowed to go cold and mixed with chopped spring onions and mayonnaise

Raw grated carrot on salad.

Warm goats cheese and fig salad with peas sprinkled on top and a spoonful of honey, mustard and balsamic dressing.

Stir Fry with hoisin or teriyaki then serve over rice.
