I right click on stuff to find out where it came from. If you go to "properties", the name of the image is "menstrual massage 6" or something.

I think it's supposed to mean "do not use the subway: if you have a severe arm injury, your kid can't sit up on his/her own, you are in latter stage pregnancy, or you have a severe leg injury". The idea I guess is supposed to be to point out the potential areas of your body that could be hurt on the train? I'd have a sore gut from laughing too hard if I'd seen that.

I don't know, they seem so ridiculous that I'm beginning to think this might be a prankster with photoshop.
