What is the historical evidence to support that Moses was brought up in a Pharaoh's palace?

Historical evidence? Little, if any. There is very little, if any, archaeological evidence to back up any of the Exodus account.
There are plenty of midrashim about Moses' upbringing, plenty of literary opinions on Moses' upbringing, plenty of traditional answers about Moses' upbringing. But there is no real archaeological evidence even of Moses' existence, let alone his upbringing.
