What is it about love, if anything, that is ever the same from one love to another?

that it always hits you when you least expect it. And that it tends to plant itself when you aren't looking for it but always seems to slip away when you are.

Depends Upon My Mood..
Im trying to imagine..I've only "felt" love that way for one person..(so far..LOL)...

But if you are talking about outside of romantic relationships just love of people??

For me the one thing in common is a fear of losing them...either through rejection ..or death..

Another thing (thats two things now) is you never ever forget them..

The fear of failure, and loss........there is always the desire and quest to find love that stays the same, but the fear of finding it overcomes the joy and anticipation.
