In Christianity there is a confluence of the will of fallen man and the overarching purposes and will of God
This might be seen in Genesis where Joseph tells his brother "You meant it for evil [selling me to slavery' but God meant it for good to preserve many alive'
We might see a confluence of wills also in Judas. In Psalm 41 Judas gives Jesus his heal but it is Jesus who will 'crush the head of the serpent' under his heal and going to the cross made that possible.
The cross itself;f is a confluence of wills of the will of fallen men condemning Jesus to death and the predetermined plan and foreknowledge of God in the death and resurrection of Jesus.
