What I find most interesting is that these images are suppose to be from the universe 13 billion years ago. Not that I know a lot about it, but I always thought that it would take much longer time for galaxies to form than approx. 800 million years.Yesterday, we saw the release of a 'deep sky' image from the new Webb space telescope.
Today we see images of the Southern Ring nebula, and Stephan's Quintet.
That to me seems to be very fast.
