War in heaven...why do they even rebel?

Why do humans rebel, when the result of this rebellion is spiritual death (separation from God)? If The Son (part of The Godhead), in the flesh, could be crucified by man, even after being shown the miracles and taught the truth, is it not very easy to understand why angels rebelled? They must also have been created with 'freedom to make their own decisions'. My greatest fear, is whether or not, this can happen again after the judgement. If we become 'equal unto the angels', what is stopping us from rebelling later? :)
The angels are now immutable (fixed, unchangeable), as God is immutable (unchangeable), in the choice each made at their trial.

The faithful angels are fixed in their faithfulness, and the evil angels are fixed in their rebellion.
There will be no more rebellion in heaven.
Human will also be immutable, fixed in righteousness, when in heaven.

Satan and the fallen angels already rebeled against God when there was the war in heaven, as it regards to Revelation 12:7.

Satan was cast out long before he made war. He goes back and makes war. Satan and his angels go back and fight Michael and his angels. They went back to try and stop GOD from sending a Messiah. GOD watches his creation fight, angels verses angels, humans verses humans.
