Very Interesting Test

To Extinguish
So I have a psychologist friend who asked me if I could give her personality test to my friends, so I decided to post it on RF. This is pretty important to her so try to answer as honestly as you can.

Alright guys, so here is what is going to happen. I'm going to post a personality test, and I want you send me your results via PM.
Remember that this test wasnt made by me, it was made by a professional.

After you send me your results, I will take my handy dandy key, compute what you got (With the same friend who asked me to administer the test) and PM your results back to you. After you get your results, we need you to evaluate each part of your results to determine their accuracy. Each part is evaluated on a scale of 1 to 5.

After evaluation, simply post your evaluations here as just numbers. A post detailing your evaluation of our results would look like this.

1) 4
2) 5
3) 4
4) 4
5) 5
6) 5
7) 4
Etc..
Alright so here is the test. First we have a bit of multiple choice
