There's going to be metaphorical blood flowing over various provisions. The only thing I'd bet on is that when Republicans control government, they borrow and spend. They are not willing to pay for what they spend so the deficit will balloon while they claim again and again and again that the economy's growth will take care of the deficit but that never happens. But they have faith, fanatical religious-level faith, that spending money produces growth.
