What do you think about Trotsky?
In my opinion, after Marx, who originated socialism, and Lenin, who was the first prominent socialist, Trotsky was the greatest Socialist of the 20th century and in general one of the world's greatest leaders. Trotsky devotd his life to the cause of the workers, the revolution, and international socialism.
Also Trotsky was right to oppose Stalin, even if his own theories weren't perfect (keep in mind that revolutionary ideas were still in their infancy at the time). The theory of permanent revolution, for example, is a stride in the right direction.
