All we need is your example, together with the newspaper or website that was daft enough to show it, plus the journalists' name. Anything that is attention-seeking, wrong, daft or just plain laughable.

There are so many that I just picked on any one of scores from MSN News.

All drivers in the UK have been warned they now risk getting fined £5,000 and having 9 points on their license for a simple indicator mistake.
Anyone caught using their indicator incorrectly could not only be left out of pocket, but will also get a large amount of points on their license.......................
......................Mark Royal, Operations Manager at Goodbye Car, says that “knowing when (and when not!) to indicate is a skill of its own, given there are no black and white rules, but it’s incredibly important to learn when they should be used for the safety of yourself and other motorists.”

ALL smart meters may need to be replaced
Toby Walne, Financial Mail on Sunday 10 hrs ago
They've cost £11billion to install – so far – and are supposed to help us save money on our energy bills. But the vastly expensive roll-out of smart energy meters is being described as a 'waste of money' – because the equipment will become obsolete.
Smart meters currently rely on outgoing 2G and 3G mobile signals to operate..............

much further down the article reads:-

.......It means customers will have to pay another £2billion for smart meters that will not work beyond 2033.

!!!! Attention seeking much? :D
