There's so much evidence for it, and I happen to be one of the unlucky ones to live in the People's Republic of New York.

I don't want to see this happen to other states because people here are getting angrier and angrier each time the Socialists remove more and more freedoms from people while they continued spouting their ridiculous propaganda to justify it all.

You will never see them do anything incentive-based, it will always be compulsory and mandated policies.

That's how come I know beyond doubt they are Socialists and closet Communists as they already are laying the groundwork through the implementation and employment of the nanny state, admist clear violations of the Bill of Rights and the Constitution that they justify through manipulation and employing legal sleight of hand tactics.

I haven't yet checked but how are the real estate prices going in Manhattan of late? People are leaving NY and the Kalifornia in droves from what I've heard. I would think real estate prices at least in NY reflect this exodus.
