The Unknown Life

halbhh

The wonder and awe of "all things".
In 20,000...30,000 years...we might only begin to find a few things.... We don't know much of what exists even here. Even just here.

And that's in this limited condition. Before what is next.

At moments we might get a slight hint of what is possible...

We only begin to start to have a feeling of what Life might be, a fleeting guess at things unknown

McKennit in Dark Night of the Soul is relying on the mystic St. John of the Cross.

Infinite treasures are around, and so many don't even have one of the many jewels...or only remember at times, once or twice in the moving decades, of a daydreaming moment where they remember a fleeting feeling from youth, of having a shining coin...or something more.

There is no accounting for what is lost.

Yet those...cities over the horizon are but a turn and steps, laying in front of our feet...
