The shroud of Turin is a fake!

There are various opinions and researches of the shroud of Turin. Some people say that it is the genuine and some that it is the fake and the hoax. The fact is that the shroud of Turin doesn't present Jesus of the Bible. If we can find even one evidence, which disprove the shroud of Turin theory, so the whole story shall be invalidated. We can find a large number of evidence from the Bible, which show that the shroud of Turin cannot be the shroud of the Lord Jesus.

You can read the whole article in here:*

The Shroud of Turin is not the image of Jesus Christ

The intrinsic value of any icon is that attributed by the believer, it is irrelevant to most others.

The shroud of Turin is the product of a time when people profited from religious relics brought home from the crusades. They sold enough pieces of the true cross to construct a fleet of ships and hocked hundereds of bags worth of Jesus' baby teeth. Sure its a forgery, but a well crafted one.

Yes, the shroud is a fake. And so is your piece of the One True Cross. But why should we care about these things if they are just distractions?

The claim that the shroud was 2000 years old is not such an extraordinary claim, There are plenty of artefacts from that era and I see the shroud as nothing all that special. Even though under recent evidence of radiocarbon dating it has given indications that it is fake; unless of course the sample was largely from a repaired cotton section around the edge of it and the samples taken could well have been contaminated with cotton fibres. Perhaps a sample taken near the centre if the Vatican allows may confirm its true age for certain.

The extraordinarily claim is that that shroud is the actual shroud of Jesus and has special magical powers as some people believe.
