The Ruler of the Spirit

See the empty place where the ruler of the spirit is situated – mystical, subtle, unfathomable;
He has no appearance or form, but possesses great spiritual power;
He can remove a thousand problems and fulfill a ten thousand virtues.
Even if he is in reality empty, he gives guidance.

Look at him – he has no form; call him – he has a voice.
He functions as a great spiritual leader; the discipline of the spirit is higher than the scriptures.
As salt in water, as colored substance in paint he is present, but you do not see his form.
That is how it is with the ruler of the spirit – he stays in the body, enters and leaves it, rules regarding whether the circumstances are free, and unhindered on beings,he always succeeds in what he does.

Who realizes the fundamental sees the Buddha.
This spirit is the Buddha, the Buddha is the spirit.
The spirit who is the Buddha-spirit, is the Buddha.
If you want to become enlightened quickly, discipline this spirit, discipline yourself.
When you cleanse your habits and your spirit, is the spirit of the original self the Buddha.
There is no Buddha outside this ruler of the spirit.
If you want to reach the Buddhahood, let yourself then not be mislead.
The spirit may be essentially empty, the substance of greed and anger is massive.
Be seated up to go to the door that leads to the source and be the Buddha.
Who has gone to the other side attains perfection.
(Fu Chan Wei, Buddhist, 487-569)
