One drawback of watching movies at the theater (at least for me) is that I can never last through the entire movie without having to leave to go to the bathroom. When I'm watching a movie at home, I can pause it, but not at the theater.

I remember when movies used to have intermissions.

I remember when I did not have to be a bit dehydrated and pee just before entering the movie to have a chance at lasting.

One thing that helps is to make up an electrolyte mix. Its pretty easy to make, and you take a little pinch per cup of liquid. You can put it into anything you drink. Before I did this I could not retain liquids for long. Now they run through at a more reasonable rate. I watched Dune 2 without having to leave.

Middle age is an emotional and physical term not a logical calendar one
For me it's strictly calender. And music choices. My dress would basically be recingnized as metal, hard rock and punk for decades now so that's become an ageless look.
But appearance is a no. Emotional I definitely don't feel it and feel younger than moat everybody else my age. And physical is largely and mostly a loss of the genetic lottery than age. But otherwise that too's a no.

middle age is just a term.... nothing to be scared of or ashamed of.....jut means you are no longer considered young but not yet old

Middle age is the period in your life when you are no longer young but have not yet become old. Middle age is usually considered to take place between the ages of 40 and 60.

By that definition I'm old..... big deal so what who cares ...what difference does the terminology make.... only what you make of it.....

My kids could sit through Lord of the Rings without peeing...

I tell Yudhi to use the toilet after he wakes up, and I hear "But Mom! I just peed last night!"

Today, after a few hours at the job and a doctor's appointment I'll be getting the work I'm motivated for.
And I had a realization, that the thought of being my own boss makes me feel must surely be similar to how Washington felt when he was asked to be king and rejected it.

A cluttered desk is the sign of someone working especially with too much on her or his plate. An empty desk is the sign of someone who got fed up and swept everything into a trash can, a box labeled "todo someday" or a drawer with a bit of space in it.

Well, as Edison once put it, "Genius is 2% inspiration and 98% messy desk."
