The Beat Generation

Cosmic Vagabond
I have liked the Beats ever since I was first exposed to them. This was particularly in college, where I had an English teacher who was a fan of the movement and liked Kerouac in particular. I also like the Beats as a writer; their style and content vibes well with me and inspires me in times of creative slump.

I used to be particular to Ginsberg, but I find a growing attraction to Kerouac and Burroughs. I finished Dharma Bums a little while ago, im hoping to get On the Road, and probably Junky here in the near future.

So how 'bout it? Anyone? Share poems, excerpts, talk about it? Im surely not the only fan.
