Taxes?

I haven't been in a Catholic sex ed class though. I took regular stupid sex-ed class. But I knew all about sex way before then, because my mom told me all about it. I did, however, have a misconception about what a human penis looked like up until last year though... I seriously thought they were the same as dog penises, popping out all gross-like... Maybe I didn't know what an erect penis looked like, but I did know not to let one get in my vagina, and that's the most important part.

It depends on how much you made. The first time I got tax papers in the mail, I actually made less than the minimum amount before it is required that you file taxes. But if your getting any money for college, you might want to just so you don't take any chances in jeopardizing any future college aid.

I don't get a red cent for aid, loans, etc. I live at home, so I don't pay residence. My part time job is more than enough to pay for tuition and books. Then I go full time in the summer.

I've planned out my 4 year program. I've balanced my income and expenditures so that by the time I get my degree, I should have an extra $10,000 to $15,000 in the bank at minimum. All without borrowing money. :)

Contact a credit bureau and see if you have any outstanding debts reported. This happened to me a few years ago. Some collection agency kept sending me a notice saying I owed money but they didn't say for what or why. I looked at my credit report and found out it was from a bill I had about 8 years ago that I completely forgot about when I moved and it was just sitting there holding back my credit rating.
Not sure where you live, but in the US, a debt over 7 years old is considered a "zombie debt" and collection on them is illegal. That could be why they didn't give any info on the letters. They could have been fined big time for mailing them.

I am telling Baggins you think he is gross!

I live in the US, and I thought it was supposed to fall off your credit too, and it did, but when it got sold to a different collection agency it was looked at as a new debt. I don't know the legality of it but I wasn't trying to avoid paying it, I just completely forgot about it.

I don't think I've ever seen an erect human penis...

Even so, if you've taken any kind of sex ed or biology or anatomy & physiology class ever one would think you'd definitely know that the human penis is nothing like a dog's. No wonder you have such reservations and misconceptions about sex.

Reminds me of a The Office quote:

Dwight: [to Toby] You said we could come to you if we had any questions... Where is the clitoris? On the website it said "at the crest of the labia." What does that mean? ...What does the female vagina look like?

Toby
: [talking head] Technically, I am in Human Resources, and Dwight was asking me about human anatomy. Um... I'm just sad the public school system failed him so badly.

Could be something as minor as an unpaid phone or internet bill.
Or it could be something from a person with the same name or something like that. Mistakes happen.

I still occasionally get collection calls for someone with the same last name as me but with the first name "Tammy". I'm sure not a Tammy. They even managed to follow me from my old number to my new number when I moved.

IIRC, in Canada, they can't take you to court for debts more than two years old, but I don't know of any law that would prohibit a company from getting you to pay voluntarily.

How could you have not made it through high school without seeing at least a drawing of the male reproductive anatomy? I saw the same basic diagrams, of a non-erect penis in health, biology 1 and 2, and AP biology. In the biology classes alone, it was shown in several subjects that it relates to. The erect penis was shown in Biology 2 and AP biology.

I know, right? That's what I was wondering. Reproductive systems and organs are covered in many subjects and then there's just basic anatomy. I simply don't know how someone can reach the age of 14 or 15 without knowing full well what these organs appear like, let alone 19 or 20.

I didn't take Biology 2, because it wasn't required, and if you took it you had to dissect a cat... I knew I wouldn't be able to stand doing that. I'm sorry I didn't know what a human erect penis looks like. I knew what a regular non-erect one looks like. I hadn't ever seen an erect one... :cover: Plus, I don't pay attention very well in school because it's difficult for me when the subject is boring. That's probably what happened. They probably showed us all sorts of porno, but I slept through it.
