I don't think people want to share this kind of information with the world but I could be wrong. However I don't mind.

Male 44 Ethnicity should never be asked or answered. The question itself causes bias.

6 feet 2 1/2 inches 200 lbs. BMI says my maximum weight should be 185lbs. Doctor says I'm fine.

Describe myself using your words as Average. I never describe myself as average though.

I am always satisfied with the shape of my body. It is mine and I can't get another one.

I never diet and never will.

Typically I go through exersise routines and them give them up.

Right now I exersise 3 days a week 15 minutes a day. poor but at least its something.

What is your current weight? Last I checked, about 155, but that was a few weeks ago so it could be as high as 165 or so.

What is your ideal weight? I'd be good at around 175-180ish.
