Southwestern casserole
My mother's recipe

1 lb. ground beef
1 or 2 cans kidney beans drained
1or 2 cups macaroni (cooked)
1 can tomato sauce
1 large green pepper chopped
1 large onion chopped
2 cups diced (Longhorn) cheese
Dash of salt & pepper for taste,
and a dash of chili powder.
Simmer for 15-20 min.
(add a touch of magic.)
Bake in greased casserole dish for 60 minutes @ 350 degrees.

It looks almost just like goulash, except with beans in it.Man that cheese looks crazy good.
