I don't think so for a couple of reasons. For one I have always opposed the use of this technology at stoplights and in public areas, because I understand what computers can do with it. They can track every citizen everywhere we go and file the information. They can track cars, identify what you are carrying, calculate your mass etc. There's no privacy. Massachusetts for a long time has had a large section of the population involved in IT, and they know how stupid and dangerous this tech is.
