God, grant me the serenity to accept the things i cannot change, the courage to change the things i can, and the wisdom to know the difference.
i can't change the past but can learn from it. i can change the way i behave and the thoughts i think. i cant prevent all temptation. i can change my environment(location). i can also change my mind, my attitude and my ethics or religion. i can change my platidude. i can change my philosophy. in fact i and everyone else either change for the worse or for the better. i can change facts, opinions, and beliefs but not all. i can also create. for instance a wall is white, i paint it red. i no longer like weiners because i ate them every day for a month. i believe i was wrong on some point. i can derrive a new equation, paint a picture, write a song, etc. i can think pleasant thoughts. i can reminisce or dwell on the past. i can rid myself of resentments, grudges, regrets. i can live in the future, but it is almost always uncertain. i can make plans and set goals. i can express my emotions good or bad. i can make an effort to help somebody. i can choose to be moral as well as i can be immoral. i can worship the Body and Blood of Christ daily present in the eucharist. i can pray anywhere. i can be me and accept myself or reject myself and others. i can accept others and their past. i can be social or inward both spiritually and emotionally. i can not be Divine but i can become divine by consuming the Body and Blood of Christ in communion. u can too.

jon, that's interesting. can you change time? i can. i can make a wonderful moment last as long as i want to dwell on it. some moments last longer than othes even though the time frame was the same. another thing i can change is what or whether i choose to watch television. ever watch EWTN? it seems very wiserly. the history channel and discovery channel are mostly good. too much pornography almost everywhere you go, see or do. one lady said she went shopping for a coffee pot at Dillards and saw four pornographic bottles of perfume and all she wanted was a coffee pot. i'd rather eat snake than see pornography. turtle soup sounds good as does aligator tail. black ants are sour and red ants are hot. can't stomach grasshoppers tho, all that white slime and tobacco juice is disgusting, but maybe prepared right they might taste good.
anyway i've been following your posts and must say you sometimes need to clarify things a little more so we don't get confused or bewildered. You need some cologne as you smell like a dog on a hunt.
