Agreed! I watched it with my teenage son when it came out on the Movie Network. He saw it when it played in the theatre and suggested that I would probably like it.
I was a little skeptical at first, and thought I'd be wasting a couple of hours watching a teen flick on pop culture and video games -- but all that flash and glitter just serves as the backdrop to a story that has real heart.
