After a hypothesis becomes proven, it turns into theory. That theory about her cannot ever be disproven.

Yes it can be disproven.
A hypothesis is like an educated guess, usually after much experimentation or observation.
It becomes a Theory after much testing of the hypothesis confirms it repeatedly; but if new information becomes available it may be disproven.
