How did Mahatma Gandhi get an entire country to follow him? He was just one man?

If Motilal Nehru wasn't the founder of the INC then why were Jawharlal, Indira, Rajiv and Sonia so influential in the party? They're basically the Indian Royal Family.

Congress and UPA only represent India's Muslims, scheduled / reserve castes and OBC. The Muslim population of India is 18%. So apart from the 18%, how much of India's population do lower classes and OBC make?
NDA represents 3% (Christians) and 77% (Hindus) of India but we can subtract scheduled, reserved and OBC from that 77%. Where can I find this out?

What do you mean? Do Muslims, OBC, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled tribes not vote for BJP? That is a misunderstanding.
If they were not voting for BJP, BJP would not have been in power.
Indian vote can change from one election to another, some times very quickly. So whatever statistics that you find will be for the last election or a guess for the future one. Indian politics is very dynamic.
