The mod team understands that this topic is an emotional topic, protecting children Vs. personal liberties and freedoms, but no one on this forum has the right to insult or personally attack another member - several posts in this thread have been edited/deleted because insult has been implied in posts where it may not have been meant, and because some posts have been blatantly insulting and rude - this STOPS now!
i would ask all members to be very careful with how they phrase their debate points, that they address the opposing arguments and not the person presenting them
for multiple reasons, this thread has caused me a headache, and i know some of the other mods are tired of this thread as well, so due to the previous mod advisories that have been given out, this is the last mod advisory in this thread - if anyone crosses the line after this, this thread will be pulled and the member dealt with, because we will not allow one emotional thread to degrade the integrity of this forum.
this thread is no open, all may feel free to review the forum rules, and all are free to PM the Admin team to ask any questiosn they like about this advisory, or any actions taken.

In that case..I would just like to say (Mods groan) that this world may not be black and white and that well OK I concede a composite photo of a 'child' having sexual relations is a bit sick but it is far better than a real photo of the same...
I just fear that like drugs, things lead on to other things, it isnt that I totally disagree with what some people have said about these images, I know no child is being harmed directly, I just fear that in the future children will be harmed indirectly, that society will become complacent on child pornography.
My stance will never change, but I hope none of us are put off from contributing to threads like this again in the future just because some of us became offended or offensive, in such emotive debates it is hardly surprising really.
