I thought it was a good missionary talking point when they said the following.

That if we believe in Christ we take upon us his name, including acting like him and also accepting that he is our Lord.

I liked the home study change.

I actually had to work today (a volunteer job), so I missed Conference. I did hear about the change, though. A two-hour block sounds like a really good plan to me.
