Sankhya, Yoga, Naya, Vaisheshika, Mimamsa and Vedanta nominally accepts Veda as its guide. Jainism and Buddhism denies Vedas as the divine or a guide and criticizes them. Hence, Jainism and Buddhism does not come under Hinduism.
