I hate to criticize another Cannuck but please don't tar all LIberals with the same brush. The corrupt ones were a handful of Quebec Liberals who carried out the Adscam. Remember, Paul Martin and his Liberals were completely exonerated by Justice Gomery.

I'm glad to hear it, and a lot of us aren't pleased with the current atmosphere of jingoism in the U.S. On the other hand, these people didn't get into power without winning a significant number of votes. The election has to be at least close enough to steal.

I am a Liberal.

What I am getting at is the perception of the Liberals was indeed that they were corrupt regardless of the rulings of the Gomery party. Let's just hope that Mr. Harper does not prove to be a waste of flesh. I do hope my fears are unfounded and I hope Harper and his cronies eventually prove me wrong. Forgive me if I don't hold my breath.
