Can someone guide me with the Nyasa rite, done before chanting the Lalita Sahasranama?
Being from Europe with no Indian roots I'm completely at a loss with this, but I wouldn't want to skip the Nyasa because I know it's important.
(Amrutaan shoodbhavo bhurati beejam: IMHO, that may relate to purification of our thoughts). There are a few knowledgeable Vaishnavas in the forum. And I am sure, they will be able to help you.)
Nyasa literally means trust, deposit - to put your trust faith in something.
