Hello everyone! I don't know if this is the best place to post, but I have a question about mirrors. Some recent experiences have really sparked my interest in mirrors and their place in mythology or spirituality. Has anyone ever seen things in the mirror? Like, if you don't look directly into the eyes of your reflection, you can see other figures standing there? It is not seeing in the regular sense, it's more like sensing, maybe imagining, but it's fascinating. Has anyone else ever had similar experiences? Do they have any meaning beyond the incredible power of the human imagination?

Sorry, I didn't express myself clearly. I am looking for any examples of mirrors playing a significant place in any beliefs or traditions. There was an interesting article on wikipedia about scrying.
