That would, of course, mean 1 - 5 coules each of gay and lesbian make-up and prpbally coming from the European and American population. They would be in the significally richer group. I could easily project leadership roles for these as well.

With such a small total population there would be much less need for weapon expenditure. Everyone would know one another and security could be downsized significantly from a level we know today. A few weapons for hunting and fewer still for police action This would make available monies to raise the standard of living of the minimally payed
