"Memoirs of a Geisha"

Feathers in Hair

World's Tallest Hobbit
Before too long, the movie version of one of my favorite books will be released into theaters. I'm both looking forward to it and hoping that it won't differ too much from the source.

The book spurred me into my study and love of the a good many of the arts of Japanese culture. I actually even bothered to put on makeup for a while afterwards! :D Seeing everyday actions as a meditation or ritual can make them interesting.

Is anyone else looking forward to the film?

This is the first I've heard of the book or the movie, but you make it sound interesting, Feathers. I'll probably read the book now and I might even go watch the movie if there's enough gratuitous nudity and sex in it.
