It seems that Melissa is more comfortable attacking Joseph Smith's character, which is utterly irrelevant to the authenticity of the Book of Mormon. Perhaps someone here would be a better match for her, in a different debate? Anyone here read Bushman's Rough Stone Rolling?

I've read it -- it's pretty good, probably the most objective and thorough biography on the Prophet that I've read. If Melissa is intent on debating the character of the Prophet I'd be happy to entertain her.
