Greetings fellow earthlings!

I hope you are enjoying your time here today.

I was just over again at the Pema Chodron site.

Loads of free teachings and even a pdf file to download for free!

Anyway, I was looking at a list of articles and this was the "summary" -

Dozens of her teachings and all for free. A real bargain!

Enjoy the rest of your browsing.

Please feel free to add your own comments or experiences with meditation ...

:)
