In 2 Corinthians 2:2-3.It says a man went to paradise out of body. And in Luke 23:43.Jesus said someone would enter paradise when they died. How can you die and go to paradise. If 2 Corinthians 12:2-3 was a vision?

Paul, I Corinthians, is having a VISION… He is having a vision of being in a GLORIOUS, a WONDERFUL, A ‘HEAVENLY’, place.

It is to be understood as a VISION and in no way a PHYSICAL EVENT…. Paul is the one who is experiencing the visionary event and it FEELS REAL to him…

Have you never had a dream (a vision while sleeping) that feels real even to making your body react …..!!!

In Luke, Jesus says to the ‘Good’ thief (the thief who repented!!!) that BECAUSE he had been judged already by Jesus Christ and forgiven his sins, he was, AT THAT MOMENT, GUILTLESS!!
And since the man then died very soon after (certainly within a few hours!) he committed no sins and DIED SINLESS… therefore REMAINED GUILTLESS at the mercy seat where all are judged.

Being judged as guiltless mean ‘GOING TO PARADISE’ …. after the judgement.

It certainly does not mean, ‘AT THAT MOMENT’… though it is AS GOOD AS since his destination was a CERTAINTY.

ALL HUMANS JUDGED AS GUILTLESS BY JESYS CHRIST AT THE MERCY SEAT ON THE LAST DAY will reside IN PARADISE….
This referring to the SECOND JUDGEMENT.

In the FIRST JUDGEMENT, those of THE ELECT, whom are already judged, whose names have been written in the book of life, GO TO THE HEAVENLY ABODE … ruling WITH Jesus Christ as kings and priests TO GOD.

This first judgement is not where the ‘good thief’ will be judged.

————————
Ipso facto: The two verses you stated have nothing to do with each other!!!

No one ‘Goes to paradise’ until AFTER the judgement which Jesus Christ will carry out ‘On the Last day’ in the SECOND RESURRECTION - if that person is found guiltless ACCORDING TO THE MERCY OF JESUS CHRIST.

Being alive and briefly experiencing paradise is entirely different from dying and going to paradise permanently.
