You might want to read the Bible, then edit your argument. Jews are judged accordingly, [even Jews who don't believe in Jesus, they are judged accordingly, presumably, as in the Covenant. Heathens are judged according to context, however, notice that in both of these instances, Jews could make a mistake according to Israelite law, [concerning Jesus, and, heathens are judged in the context of Spiritual truth, not their own truth.
This is where it is important to understand, that 'gentiles', in the Bible, has more than one meaning. There are 'gentiles', in the Covenant, and there are gentiles who sacrifice to idols, and such. It's contextual.
Sorry to inform you, however gentiles are expected to properly inform themselves, via faith, or otherwise, of Spiritual truth.
