Interesting that Loki is named by his matrilineal line as opposed to patrilineal, given the Norse Culture being patronymic.

This is the first I'm learning more about Laufey, as I have not read the Sagas and only a small portion of the Myths. (Mostly HR Ellis Davidson's Northern Myths, and the Prose Edda)
