At Bret Kavanaugh's confirmation hearing he defended himself against criticisms of his childish behavior, 'so I liked beer'. Now he writes the majority opinion for the Court ignoring the precedent against imprisoning a child
    to life without parole.

Besides Barrett, Kavanaugh was joined by Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. and Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel A. Alito Jr. and Neil M. Gorsuch. No surprise there.

Hypocrisy on the Court. I'm not surprised in the least.

Are you comparing a fondness for drinking beer to murder?

Did the kid like beer? Probably not that was why Kavanaugh ruled against him.

Okay, sorry, bad joke. This does appear to be more than a little hypocritical of him. In the case in question it appears that they did not even try to prove that the child was beyond redemption.

Kavanaugh tried to excuse his illegal and drunken actions by asserting he was only a child.
