'I get some version of this question a lot, and it makes me think. In this talk I try to answer it as honestly as I can in light of the link that we've seen between conservative Christians (whether Catholic, Evangelical, or other) and Donald Trump's MAGA movement. People of faith owe it to ourselves to wrestle with the implications of aligning with political forces that don't represent anything of Christ.'​

It has always been a massive and horrible problem in politics. If other people can leave their religion at the door of their job, (with obvious exceptions) then so too must it be left out of politics. (With obvious exceptions.)
