Is President Bush, Jr. a bit hostile to non-Christians?

Is President Bush, Jr., by both his actions and words, a bit hostile to all non-Christians/non-believers in Texas Methodism?

Other?

Politicians are interested in people who can vote for their re-election, unless they can't be re-elected again and then it's open season on everyone to a degree though. Politicians won't go so far as to get themselves kicked out of office. And they can always go for the 5th or 'no comment' if it gets rough, so the answer is 'yes' and 'no'.
