Yes, there are people that think they practice witchcraft and yes many people in general don't disclose their personal information (even of more populated religious affiliations) but other's are really out in the open.

And is it possible or odd to think/believe that some of these persons could be in 'high places'?

It's a given, people of all kinds of religions and political ideologies hold all kinds of job positions.

Anything is possible. The real question is, is it likely? The answer is no. People who are Wiccans and Satanists usually tend to be the rebel sorts. They are inclined to be in your face about it, not secretive. To imagine there are secret Satanists in high places is just another one of those paranoid conspiracy theories.

Yes it's possible and yes they do. And they are pedophile rapist murderers.

It is more than apparent that people of many beliefs are pedophiles and rapists, and there is no evidence that Satanists are any more likely than anyone else to commit these crimes against humanity.
