Is it fair to take more than an eye for eye? (Exodus 21:24)

Exodus 21 - 24 Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, 25 burn for burn, wound for wound, stripe for stripe.

But Exodus 21:24-25 is only true if power relationships between the contesting parties will be equal and symmetrical; but this is seldom ever the case.

More often than not, one side will be stronger, more important and powerful than the other; in which case, the penalty should differ, and vary according to one's place in the social hierarchy.

To be 'fair' doesn't mean to treat everybody the same or equal. Therefore, a peasant who injures a nobleman should receive the death penalty; whereas, a nobleman who does the same to a peasant should receive a far lesser penalty.*

Therefore, the throne of righteous judgement will not treat everybody the same or equal on the great day of judgement. Two persons may well pay different penalties for committing the same crime; which is a fair judicial procedure in the eyes of God.

Hence, do you agree that Judas and other people who've crucified Jesus should be subject to a more painful and lingering death than death by crucifixion; because Jesus' life has more value, worth, and importance than any other person in the entire history of the world?

And do you agree that anyone who blasphemes against the name of Jesus will be made to pay the ultimate penalty, which is the second death as spoken in Revelation 20:15?

As God's sole appointed judge, jury, and executioner on the great day of judgement, do you think it would be a fair judicial procedure for the Son of Man to take more than an eye for eye; which would be retaliation for the crucifixion and death of Jesus (Acts 10:42; Acts 17:31; John 5:22; John 5:27; and Revelation 19:11)?

NOTE*:
For instance, (1) Robert-François Damiens was executed by drawing and quartering for attempted regicide of King Louis XV of France in 1757; but the penalty would've been no more than a slap on the wrist if the King had executed the same for no apparent reason. But such would be considered as a righteous judgement -- and execution -- according to Revelation 20:15; for the sovereign is far more important than a domestic servant such as Damiens, and the penalty would be according to which person tried to kill the other. (2) The Gestapo and SS murdered at least 1,300 Czech civilians in June 1942 in response to the assassination of SS Obergruppenfuhrer Reinhard Heydrich because Hitler believed it would be 'fair' penalty in exchange for the life of somebody who had been tipped to succeed him as head of state.
