no, refer to the blessing in Genesis 1:28

"have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth."

In the Christian bible, no. It's even claimed that with Jesus' name, humans can have authority over demons.

In demonolatry they are supreme beings. But not in any hierarchy above humans.
