AT-AT tricks dybmh into hosting a party for the powers-that-be, who sing of reclaiming the Democrat party and its vast political correctness. When the music ends, AT-AT unveils a map showing a secret door into the election results and proposes that dybmh serve as the expedition's "burglar". The powers-that-be ridicule the idea, but dybmh has hope.
The group travels into the wild, where AT-AT saves the company from other newbies and leads them to Illinois, where columbus reveals more secrets from the map. Passing over the Democrat Party, they are caught by newbies and driven deep underground. Although AT-AT rescues them, dybmh gets separated from the others as they flee the newbies. Lost in the Introductions section, he stumbles across donuts and then encounters Revoltingest, who engages him in a game of riddles. As a reward for solving all riddles Revoltingest will show him the path out of the Introduction section, but if dybmh fails, his Post Count will be forfeit. With the help of the donut, which confers supernatural power, dybmh escapes and rejoins the Freedom Fighters, improving his reputation with them. The newbies and new regulars give chase, but the company are saved by Wu Wei before resting in the house of pancakes.
The company enters the black forest of California without AT-AT. In California, dybmh first saves the Freedom Fighters from right-wing hunters and then from the dungeons of the Centrists. Nearing the San Franciso, the travellers are welcomed by the human inhabitants of the Jokes section, who hope the Freedom Fighters will fulfil prophecies of Twi'lek utopia. The expedition travels to San Francisco and finds the secret door; dybmh scouts the base of the Democrat party, stealing a vote and espying a gap in the voting booths. The enraged Joe Biden, deducing that AT-AT has aided the intruder, sets out to destroy the Jokes section. Enoch had overheard AT-AT's report of Democrat's vulnerability and reports it to San Francisco defender Bernie Sanders. Bernie Sander's arrow finds the hollow spot and slays the already weak Democrat party.
When the Democrats take possession of the Jokes section, dybmh finds a turtle statue named Peep, an heirloom of Shadow Wolf's dynasty, and hides it away. The Republicans besiege the section and request compensation for their aid, and settlement of dibs on the Democrat party. Shadow Wolf refuses and, having summoned her kin from the old age, reinforces her position that the 700 club needs brought down first. Dybmh tries to ransom the turtle statue to head off a war, but Shadow Wolf is stubborn. She banishes dybmh, and battle seems inevitable.
AT-AT reappears to warn all of an approaching army of newbies and new regulars. The Freedom Fighters band together, but only with the timely arrival of Enoch and Salix do they win the climactic battle. Shadow Wolf reconciles. Dybmh accepts only a small portion of his share of the rule over the left-wing party, having no want or need for more, but still returns home a very wealthy optimist.
