How Texas Treats Bad Cops

Driver is in a parking lot minding his own business.
Cops pull up....all smiles....the detain him. Then they
tell him he's free to go....seconds before they viciously
& gleefully beat him as he begs for his life.
Cops are charged.
But the case dropped, & their records expunged.
Court rules they can still be cops, but only in
another state. Texas really cares about justice.
