How hard is to find a good job in New Zealand?

It's hard like in any other country, depends on a certain industry in which you're interested in. However, comparing with other bigger countries it can be more difficult because New Zealand isn't a very big one and also because of negative changes in its economy after 2007-2008. Some of my friends live there and they told me how worse became situation with jobs there after these years so for migrants it can be not the best choice at all.
