How God is not loving

Like you bought a phone today and know that some time in future it would become defective , does that mean the defect is already present somewhere inside or outside the phone?
If the phone weren't already defective, it wouldn't break down on you.

Well if anyone should have been able to baptize himself, it was Jesus.....but did he? Why didn't he?
Because John was the popular one at that time? Because Jesus may have been a disciple? Because the authors need to bring in JohnTB's disciples into the fold?

I meant even if the defect wasn't present , my misuse would create a defect , similarly even with the best use things are bound to degrade but that would be gradual not immediate , so how I use it counts.

So how does this cosy analogy work when looking at events like the Holocaust? Genocides, wars, famines, natural disasters, etc?

Do you not think, that these things are even more important for us to understand, cope with or prevent, than an individual child's mistakes and misfortunes?

Even though the latter might seem more immediate to us, God has a far larger family, with far greater issues to worry about!

God is the God of the living, not the dead. God is the God of His Elect and His Elect only. Humans are outside God's realm ever since Adam was driven out of Eden. A realm such as earth will naturally be hell-like. Anywhere outside God's realm will be hell-like. Earth is not yet a hell simply because God still has a job to be done here. His job is to bring His Elect with Him. This was fore-shadowed by Exodus. Exodus is for God to bring His Jews out of the hell-like Egypt. Jesus is to bring God's Elect out of the hell-like planet earth.

Do you think earth is hell? Not yet, the one coming will be a true hell for those choose not to be with Him.
