i am curious about amish people, i have seen them on greyhound buses and airplanes and trains, what i am looking into is finding out how many amish people are deaf or disabled since i am hard of hearing myself and want to know how many of them do not have sign language or anyone teaching it to them, i always loved helping people learn sign for the deaf so i am curious who knows about any one whom deaf may need someone i am not afraid to go near the amish, its only sensible to respect them i love the way they live i read all about it they live the same way the people did in 19 century no lights no anything just woodstoves i have been around one when i was a boy at my grandmothers house she used that and old fashion things so i know i can tolerate being around them. if anyone knows anything please let me know whom to contact thank you so much and may god give you peace and health
