You try taking a class, then get back with me when you know what you are even talking about.

"a class"? No need for another human being to give a speculation/opinion on what I can obtain from reading the Reading the Scriptures(Bible) for myself.
Besides, What I see in nature confirms what is written therein.

Chapter Two has all the earmarks of a science experiment.

A selected specimen....ideal living conditions (petri dish).....
manipulation and alteration of the specimen......and cloning.
Genetic work as well.

Eve was Adam's twin sister.
Not born of woman.....she had no navel.
I don't believe the gods were interested in experimenting with lost races or reviving them. I believe they would not have done what they did without god's instigation. For instance they never attempted to revive the Neanderthal race.

If the effort really was there (and I suspect it happened)....
The choice of specimen would be more to anticipation of a successful reboot AND the timing in relationship to Man's development would also be pivotal.

What if God and heaven were to attempt an alteration in the present?
The alteration would stand out.....sharply.
Many people would react.
Some with surprise and disbelief.
Some might react with rejection and force.

Look what happened to One as able as the Carpenter.
